Soundbath and Steep

Soundbath + Steep is a monthly series of intimate, sensory gatherings that blend the ritual of tea with the healing resonance of live violin. Held on the first Thursday of each month, each session invites you to slow down, tune in, and steep yourself in stillness. Led by Brooklyn-based violinist and tea curator Leandria Lott, this 75-minute experience begins with a guided tea meditation using one of her hand-blended herbal teas, followed by a journaling prompt and gentle breathwork led by Sensory Artists Steph Russy. You’ll then recline into a violin soundbath—an immersive, ambient performance designed to soothe your nervous system and quiet your mind. This is not a concert or a yoga class. It’s a ceremony of stillness—a space to come home to yourself. Although this is not a yoga class we want you to be comfortable so please bring a yoga mat.
